Kayla Malec, YouTuber and TikTok creator, has gone public with her traumatic experience in a nine-month violent relationship with Evan Johnson. Kayla recently posted a TikTok video sharing the moment her abuser was finally arrested, saying, "Justice was served. Fu***r's in jail right now. Fu***r got arrested in front of me. I was the last face he fu**ing saw."
Kayla said she met Evan Johnson in Nashville over Memorial Day weekend. At the time, she was emotionally vulnerable after the abortion and wasn't looking for a serious relationship. Despite her initial hesitation, she claims she developed feelings quickly.
Kayla described some troubling events that started after Evan completed a short sentence. These included allegations of verbal outbursts, controlling behavior, and public humiliation. She remembers being called degrading names, being forced into a channel of nasty ocean water during an argument, and being falsely accused of cheating despite her claims of loyalty.
She also claims that the situation worsened over time, with incidents of what she describes as physical and emotional abuse. Kayla claims she started documenting these incidents via photos, videos, and hotline records, which she claims were essential in pursuing legal action.

Evan Johnson hasn't yet responded publicly to Kayla's claims at the time of writing. Kayla's TikTok video references his arrest, but there aren't any official statements from law enforcement or court records yet to confirm the details.
Kayla's story has struck a chord with many people online, particularly those who happen to be victims of domestic abuse. In her video, she warns people, "If he can hit you, he can kill you." Many have praised her vulnerability, noting she is encouraging many others facing the same issue to seek help or speak out.
